Shariar Cohen, M.D. is a board-certified rheumatologist. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from The University of California San Diego in 1997. He obtained his medical degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel through an international medical collaboration program with Columbia University in New York. Dr. Cohen completed his residency in internal medicine at LAC-USC Medical Center and his fellowship in rheumatology at The University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Cohen is known for his extraordinary dedication to patients and his ability to diagnose complex conditions. Dr. Cohen seeks to enhance patient care by adhering to the highest standards of medical care while relying on cutting-edge technology and medical research. Dr. Cohen is board-certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology. His background in internal medicine has made him particularly good at adopting a holistic view of the patient’s health, and a leading specialist in managing complex autoimmune disorders. His extensive medical expertise and quality patient care have made him a recognized rheumatologist to celebrities and other VIPs. Raised in Agoura Hills, Emily’s academic journey began with the completion of her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated with departmental honors. She continued her education at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Orange County, earning a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies. Prior to her enrollment in PA school, Emily immersed herself in the field of dermatology, undergoing six years of preparation and training at practices across the Greater Los Angeles area. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Medical Board of California.

With a focus on evidence-based medicine and a patient-centered approach, Emily offers comprehensive dermatological services, including skin cancer screenings, mole removals, and customized treatment plans for conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. She is dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient, focusing on both medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments.
