 How does Shockwave Therapy Work?

The unique Pressure Wave technology utilizes pneumatic pressure waves that are delivered to the damaged tissue. The inflamed tissue that causes pain will begin to regenerate because of increased blood circulation created by the treatments. This hand-held device allows Cohen Centers providers to address connective tissue, muscle, and interstitial pain, providing relief to our patients. Am I a Candidate for Shockwave Therapy?
