Dr. Shariar Cohen, M.D.

Founder, CEO and President

Shariar Cohen, M.D. is a Board Certified Rheumatologist. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from The University of California San Diego in 1997. He obtained his medical degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel; an international medical collaboration program at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Cohen completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at LAC-USC Medical Center and his Fellowship in Rheumatology at The University of California Los Angeles.

Dr. Cohen is a visionary entrepreneur with tremendous ability to diagnose patients. Dr. Cohen’s goal is to enhance patients care and elevate the level of quality and cutting-edge technology. Dr. Cohen is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. His background in Internal Medicine has made him particularly good at treating the whole patient and allowing him to become a leading specialist in managing complex autoimmune disorders. His extensive medical expertise and top quality patient care have made him a recognized Rheumatologist doctor to celebrities and stars. As a result, Dr. Cohen has received numerous patient accolades for his compassionate care. Dr. Cohen’s ongoing involvement in clinical research ensures that he is always aware of the latest scientific breakthroughs and can offer his patients the most up-to-date treatments.


Michael S. Jablon, RMST.

Musculoskeletal Sonographer

Michael Jablon is President and Director of Technology and a member of the Board of Directors. Since 1995, Mr. Jablon has been influential in the advancement of musculoskeletal ultrasound. With his training in the both the United States and abroad along with his extensive experience in both research and clinical studies, Mr. Jablon has become recognized by his peers as the leading expert in musculoskeletal ultrasound. He has completed thousands of studies correlating with surgical outcomes and has developed the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Testing Protocol referred to as Jablon Diagnostic Protocol.
