Dr. Shariar Cohen, M.D.
Founder, CEO and PresidentShariar Cohen, M.D. is a board-certified rheumatologist. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from The University of California San Diego in 1997. He obtained his medical degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel through an international medical collaboration program with Columbia University in New York. Dr. Cohen completed his residency in internal medicine at LAC-USC Medical Center and his fellowship in rheumatology at The University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Cohen is known for his extraordinary dedication to patients and his ability to diagnose complex conditions. Dr. Cohen seeks to enhance patient care by adhering to the highest standards of medical care while relying on cutting-edge technology and medical research. Dr. Cohen is board certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology. Annie Nguyen, MMS, PA-C
Annie Nguyen is a board certified physician assistant. She received her bachelor of science from University of California, Irvine where she majored in biological sciences and was placed on the Dean’s Honor List. Annie attended Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, CA, where she completed the School of Physician Assistant Studies program and earned her Master of Medical Science degree.
As a PA, Annie will be taking patient histories, performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, making diagnoses, administering therapeutic injections, and formulating treatment plans. She aims to provide excellent patient care, as her passion is to guide each patient towards better health and quality of life.
Annie is fluent in Vietnamese. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time when she is not seeing patients, she enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Michael S. Jablon, RMST.
Michael Jablon is President and Director of Technology and a member of the Board of Directors. Since 1995, Mr. Jablon has been influential in the advancement of musculoskeletal ultrasound.
With his training in the both the United States and abroad along with his extensive experience in both research and clinical studies, Mr. Jablon has become recognized by his peers as the leading expert in musculoskeletal ultrasound.
He has completed thousands of studies correlating with surgical outcomes and has developed the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Testing Protocol referred to as Jablon Diagnostic Protocol.
